LISTERIA ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE

For the selective enrichment of Listeria spp. in food, food-related and environmental samples prior to testing with the TECRA® Listeria Visual Immunoassay (VIA™) kit.

This Base medium is used for enrichment protocols where delayed addition of selective agents is required or where separate addition of selective agents is preferred. Selective agents are supplied separately as TECRA® Listeria Selective Supplement.

NOTE: When a dehydrated medium with pre-added selective agents is required, use the TECRA Listeria Enrichment Broth.
